Sourdough is back to basics. It’s good for our bodies, healthy, and alive. Good, simple, beautiful bread makes most people very happy, and I am excited to bring this to our community.

The Woes of Gluten

Gluten is the fabulous “glue” we work to develop that holds everything together in a bakery item, but not everybody’s body does well with it. (Mine is one of them!) Thankfully my gluten-free starter is happy and almost a year old, and I am working with the best recipes I can find to make gluten-free life as delicious as possible!

I do my best to separate GF from the rest (separate sides of the kitchen and non-stop washing), however, everything is still baked in the same vicinity, so those of you who are highly sensitive to gluten be wary! Please make sure to order the appropriate gluten-free items if needed!

A Note From the Baker

I love to experiment and try new things, and I also understand that my schedule will not always be able to align with yours. I am flexible within reason, so feel free to reach out about any special requests or recommendations. The worst that can happen is me politely saying no, and I love to hear from those who are enjoying the goods.

Hours of work go into every bite you eat! While I understand that life happens and you may forget an order, I reserve the right to pass it the first time to the next in line and the 2nd time to decide that our format is not the best suited for you. But I hope it doesn’t come to that because I love baking my heart to you!
